Privacy policy
Short version: we only keep what you send us when you enquire, we never sell it to anyone, and the only tracking on this site measures our own advertising.

Who we are

What you send us
This website has no database and stores nothing about you. The enquiry form does not submit anywhere — it simply opens WhatsApp with your message typed out, which you then choose to send. If you do send it, we receive what you wrote: usually your name, phone number, your child's name and age, and the programme you are asking about.
We use that only to answer you and to arrange a centre visit. We keep it for as long as your enquiry is active and while your child is enrolled. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Tiny Cradle.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site carries the Meta Pixel so we can tell which adverts brought people here. It records that a visit happened and which page was viewed, and it notes when someone taps WhatsApp, call or email, or completes the enquiry form.
It records actions, not identities — we never see your name, number or anything you typed through the pixel. Meta may connect the visit to your own Facebook or Instagram account if you have one; that is governed by Meta's privacy policy, and you can control it under Settings → Ads in either app.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own. The Meta Pixel may set its own in order to measure adverts. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop any part of this site from working.
Photographs of children
Photographs and video of children are used on this website, on our social media and in our advertising only with written permission from that child's parent or guardian. You can withdraw that permission at any time by messaging us, and we will remove the material.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to care@tinycradle.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
